Senior portrait season is just around the corner! I love to explore beautiful places with these awesome kids
I have a fun little hobby business, Good Day Sunshine, where I make all natural essential oil soap and misc. herbal bath & body products such as salves which I sell at the Canandaigua VA and Victor farmer’s market. I also put out organic heirloom herbs, veggies, and flowers that I grow, some baked goods that I make, and misc. little artsy crafty things that I create. If anyone is ever interested in soap (made with quality oils and ingredients such as activated charcoal, seaweed, lavender, shea butter, etc.) or herbal products as wedding favors let me know. It usually goes for $6 a bar at the markets but quantity discounts are available.
I know they’re not professional quality, but here are some iPhone snapshots from a couple of trips we took this winterI pulled my nine year old son out of school for almost two months and taught him his lessons on the road while we lived out of our car and tent for an extended period of time. It was pretty great.
Hello and thank you for taking the time out of your day to check out my work! I am doing some spring cleaning here, which consists of deleting all of last season’s images off of my computers, sending all of my camera equipment out to be cleaned and repaired, filing papers, doing taxes, and FINALLY updating the blogHere are some images from a few of last season’s portrait sessions. As a full time professional wedding and portrait photographer I photograph about 20 portrait sessions a year, which are usually a mix of engagement, boudoir, high school senior, business, family, child, and maternity sessions. Since I only have time for 20 sessions and 20 weddings a year, I recommend that you schedule early if looking to book a session during the warm season. I absolutely love going to cool spots to shoot portraits, and some of the places that the following images were created include Kershaw Park, Lagoon Park, the Finger Lakes Community College hiking trails, Crystal Beach, Sonnenberg Gardens, Downtown Canandaigua, Woodlawn Cemetery, Mendon Ponds Park, my client’s homes, their property, and farms. If you have special places that you would love to go for your portrait creation session just let me know. I am an avid hiker and love exploring woods, waterfalls, state parks, fields, and pretty much any other beautiful place that you can think of
